To engage with social entrepreneurs across the US and the worlds; to get Syracuse University students involved with Catalyst2030 and its programming; hope to roll-out a cross-campus, cross-disciplinary social innovation lab across Syracuse around SDG-related themes; hopefully do a presentation on system's change models for the May 2024 Catalyst programs; help build and support other faculty teaching social entrepreneurship - happy to share my syllabus and learning; work on collaborative projects in the impact space.

I'm here to help scale the impact of "Project 17" Project 17 is a collaborative effort that brings together various stakeholders such as artists, corporations, governments, civil society, and the world, to power the music, spread awareness, and drive impact. By leveraging the power of music, a universal language, we can foster sustainability in an authentic way. Moreover, the music industry has a wealth of marketing campaign strategies that could be repurposed to raise awareness and inspire change. Through Project 17, we aim to demonstrate the alignment between renewable energy and musical performance, while driving environmental sustainability. Our vision is to reimagine the role of youth in relation to the planet they will inherit and empower them to take action for a more sustainable future. Project 17 is an initiative that unites corporations, governments, civil society, artists, and the world to utilize music and musical talents to promote sustainability in an authentic way. AY Young, the founder of Project 17, believes that music is a universal language that can raise awareness and inspire change. With the music industry's existing marketing campaign strategies and processes, Project 17 aims to catalyze the reach and impact power of celebrities, brands, and NGOs to achieve collective SDGs action, making a real difference. One of the unique aspects of Project 17 is that 75% of the funds generated are given to Implementation Partners who are actively working to make a difference. This aligns with the initiative's vision of reimagining a greater role for youth in relation to the planet they will inherit. By harnessing the power of music, culture, and art, Project 17 seeks to bring in young people and empower them to take an active role in driving environmental sustainability. The combination of renewable energy and musical performance is at the heart of Project 17. The initiative demonstrates a fusion of sustainability and creativity, making it both innovative and appealing to young people. Overall, Project 17 is a game changer in the field of sustainability, providing a unique platform for corporations, artists, and the world to come together and drive positive change.

I get massive benefit out of these -- as a nonprofit news publisher, I am always looking for local-level data, and connections to thought leaders. I am interested in the Systems Change Learning spaces

My work focuses on improving teaching and learning at the university and secondary school levels. Approaches such as Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL) and Project-based Learning help students to master content and skills, preparing them for future careers. I have received grants, developed learning materials, led workshops, supported colleagues, and presented or published papers on my work. I have worked with faculty in the US, India, Ghana, Poland, and elsewhere. Through Catalyst, I hope to find people with common interests and priorities.

I'm looking to collaborate with others on circularity and regenerative economics. I'd like to gain a more global perspective on waste management, recycling, and producer responsibility models and learn what works and what doesn't. My company, Electra, aims to divert 95% of solar panels in the USA (and across the world) from landfills and into reuse and recycling streams so we can recover the valuable materials inside and integrate them back into the solar supply chain. We are. software platform that organizations can use to facilitate effective reverse logistics and product stewardship for retired solar panels. Profits from our organization will be reinvested in agrivoltaic projects and land rehabilitation that integrates solar wherever possible.

I have long believed that collaboration and partnerships are the way to forge large-scale, innovative impact. I have worked in the social impact space for over a decade what I have observed is frequent repetition of ideas and efforts, organizational silos, and resource gaps, all of which lead to system-change inefficiencies and delayed progress that need not be there. A new generation of entrepreneurial leaders is needed to rebalance society so that it is sustainable. The challenge to the generation of young people is evolving a balanced, collaborative way of life resilient enough to weather the coming events of the 21st century. These include pandemics, climate change events, and global economic and political instability. There is also a need to address creative aging and medical care, mental health and correctional system reform, economic and class equity, and need for educational reforms. VTeamLabs is extremely motivated to make our current endeavors (Learning products and solutions in Academia and Public Healthcare domain) count for broader community and seek suggested guidance and assistance from 360 Social Ventures to fuel our aspirations for global growth. As a case example, we care for healthy drivers in addressing business problems that pertain to Civic agencies that are not for-profit driven, but mission based. We are aware of Thirty-six (36) Customer Experience initiatives that focus on commitments to improve 17 Federal agencies with one key objective – “To improve the lives of the citizens”. Can we replicate the same internationally for global endeavors with mentorship and financial support from Funding agencies, Foundations, B2B corporates, NGOs alike? Our goal is to enable these Civic agencies as well as Private sector and NGOs focused on Training and learning, skilling, and reskilling initiatives with opportunities to create/edit SCORM content and provide eLearning consultancy through Front-line Technical workforce program (FTWP) – a potential open-source Solution framework with international IP protection and registered Trademark. Internationalization of open source-based LCMS solution offering on cloud will help us expand our global footprint and thereby creating newer markets leading to revenue growth. We aim to be the world-class provider of quality EdTech product/solution deployments (SaaS) on two of the world’s leading cloud platform providers from WA State in USA. We seek collaboration with Governments, NGOs and partner agencies, Cloud and Productivity software collaboration with companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and Oracle to help us carry forward the Mission/Vision to ensure and drive impactful business solutions with customers' technology needs. VTeamLabs is also partnering with Smash, where we enable people to become more efficient and productive in all they do: working on projects, obtaining new skills and communicating with others. The Smash process includes AI-infused data about the conditions and context where people have passion and brilliance.

I am deeply honored to serve as the North America Coordinator for Catalyst 2030, a global movement committed to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through collaboration, innovation, and systemic change. Joining Catalyst 2030 aligns perfectly with my lifelong dedication to creating meaningful social impact across diverse sectors and geographies. Throughout my career, I have championed initiatives that empower communities, advance education, foster sustainable development, and uphold human rights. Whether leading NGOs in Latin America, developing community-driven programs, or forging alliances between corporations and social enterprises, my focus has always been on generating transformative change. Catalyst 2030's mission resonates with my belief that cross-sector collaboration and innovative partnerships are key to addressing the world's most pressing challenges. As North America Coordinator, I am eager to build bridges between changemakers, amplify impactful solutions, and foster a community of action that accelerates progress toward the SDGs. I am particularly inspired by Catalyst 2030’s emphasis on co-creation, inclusivity, and grassroots solutions. My goal is to bring diverse stakeholders together—from social entrepreneurs to corporations, foundations, and policymakers—to collectively reimagine and implement solutions that benefit both people and the planet. In this role, I am committed to supporting Catalyst 2030 members across North America, creating spaces for collaboration, and elevating their voices on both regional and global platforms. Together, we can unleash the full potential of this movement and create a more equitable, sustainable, and inclusive future.
