Seguridad Alimentaria
Description

This task force acknowledges the difficulties and potential exclusion brought about by inflexible definitions as it investigates how language and labels impact personal identity and engagement.

The Green Health Alliance is a sector-shaping alliance at the intersection of health and climate, uniting diverse stakeholders to create a stronger, interconnected ecosystem for greater impact. The Green Health Alliance is conceived as a sector-shaping alliance at the intersection of health and climate that brings together diverse and mutually beneficial stakeholders who can leverage each other’s strengths to create a ‘whole’ ecosystem greater than the sum of its parts. These include private service providers, non-profit organizations, individual experts, and even other alliances active in the general space. They will include sustainability service and technology providers, financiers and ESG investors, and domain experts in health and climate. The main objectives are: 1. Foster a Sector-Shaping Alliance: A collaborative ecosystem at the intersection of health and climate, bringing together diverse stakeholders to drive systemic change. 2. Leverage Collective Strengths for Greater Impact: Create synergies among private service providers, non-profit organizations, funders, individual experts, and alliances to achieve outcomes greater than the sum of individual efforts. 3. Integrate Sustainability and Climate Action in Health Systems: Engage sustainability service and technology providers to enhance climate resilience and environmental sustainability in healthcare, creating certified green hospitals. 4. Mobilize Resources and Investments: Involve financiers, impact investors, ESG investors, and funders to provide financial and strategic support for scaling impactful solutions. 5. Advance Knowledge and Expertise in Health & Climate: Facilitate collaboration with domain experts to develop evidence-based interventions, policies, and best practices. 6. Enhance Cross-Sector Partnerships: Encourage partnerships across health, climate, and sustainability sectors to drive innovation and holistic solutions. 7. Promote Policy and Systemic Change: Support advocacy efforts to integrate health and climate considerations into policies, regulations, and institutional frameworks.

The Ceasefire Support Group (CfSG)
Description
The Ceasefire Support Group (CfSG), advocates for a Gaza ceasefire. With 91 members from 20 countries, it supports grassroots social innovators, fosters dialogue, and builds solidarity for decolonization and justice. The Ceasefire Support Group (CfSG) came together in March 2024 as an initiative by the India chapter of Catalyst 2030 to support the UN resolution for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, Palestine in March 2024. It now has 91 members from about 20 countries. A Collective Statement, drafted by the CfSG, accepted and approved by the NAISE (India) Executive Group, was further supported by other country chapters of Tunisia, Palestine, Jordan, Egypt, Mauritania, and the Regional chapter of MENA. While the CfSG continues to advocate for a ceasefire its vision and mission have evolved. CfSG Vision: An ecosystem of social innovation and impact grounded in the ethics of care, mutuality, and justice. CfSG Mission: Supporting grassroots social innovators to overcome systemic barriers of apartheid and colonialism by creating a community-led network that democratises social impact. Collaborations There are two collaborations under the CfSG "Listening and Learning" is a Catalyst 2030 collaboration under the Ceasefire Support Group. It invites all those who are keen towards magnifying the voice of Palestinians and other communities affected by settler-colonial violence in order to: Create a safe space for dialogue Gather experience and evidence to inform solutions guided by communities affected by colonial violence Create awareness and cultivate empathy "Solutions and Resourcing" is another Catalyst 2030 collaboration under the aegis of the Ceasefire Support Group. This group seeks to harness the power of collective action to support social innovators and communities subjected to apartheid and settler-colonial violence in Palestine and other affected countries. It works with affected communities to: - Support grassroots social innovators in designing and implementing strategic social innovation interventions. - Build bridges between local and global social impact ecosystems. - Collate best practices of innovation, resistance, resilience, and relief from decolonisation struggles across the globe.

The Elders Council for Social Entrepreneurs
Description
The Elders Council for Social Entrepreneurs creates a global network where seasoned entrepreneurs share their wisdom, tackle challenges like succession, financial planning, and identity shifts, and support the next generation of change-makers. The Elders Council for Social Entrepreneurs is building a supportive global network of social entrepreneurs where hard-won wisdom can be shared with one another and with those following in their footsteps. It is vital that ‘elders’ in this field share the experience, knowledge and wisdom they have cultivated over the years, as well as gaining support as they move through new stages in their career. The challenges they face can include succession or transition planning, financial provision for later life, a crisis of identity once they leave their organisation or the potential for mission drift within their organisation. Our aims are to build a supportive network of social entrepreneurs and change makers across the ecosystem, sharing the wisdom of elder Social Entrepreneurs to benefit each generation to come.
