The Gender Collaborative

As a South Asian woman and defiant feminist, I aspire to integrate my personal politics in my work. I believe in institutional change instigated by advocacy and shift in public policy influenced by movement building and community-led effort. It’s my conviction that aid provided in the form of skill can be of crucial service which is my primary motivation behind being a Catalyst and I bring my feminist fundraising and participatory grant-making skills to the community.

I joined the movement to be part of the Cocreator and catalyst of change but also sensitize other to join for a joint advocacy, hoping also that the movement will help to connect me to ressourcefull people and funding to contribute to achievement of the common goal.

My journey in public administration, policy research, and social impact has been driven by a deep commitment to addressing systemic challenges and empowering communities. With hands-on experience in political consulting, CSR projects, and grassroots mobilization, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of collaboration and innovative solutions in creating sustainable change. My work with IPAC in Bihar for the Jan Suraaj Project, where I tackled the challenges faced by elected women representatives, has underscored the importance of inclusivity and empowerment in governance. Additionally, my involvement in designing capacity-building programs and digital literacy initiatives has strengthened my belief in the potential of education and technology to uplift marginalized groups. Catalyst 2030's mission to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals aligns perfectly with my passion for systemic change and collaborative impact. I am motivated to join this global movement to contribute my expertise in policy development, stakeholder engagement, and social innovation. Together, I believe we can create a more equitable and sustainable world, leaving no one behind.

To put very simply, "to recharge to do more". Ever since I became a member of Catalsy2030, I have come across some amazing souls and have brushed off their energy and enthusiasm for the work we do. I regularly attend the GA and wish to volunteer and contribute more.

My motivation to join Catalyst 2030 is driven by a commitment to systemic change in the footwear & artisanal community, connecting artisans to global markets. I hope to contribute by sharing insights on sustainable business models, innovative practices, and empowering marginalized communities. From the community, I seek strategic partnerships, capacity-building resources, and a platform to amplify our impact. Together, we can drive forward the SDGs and foster inclusive, sustainable development

The company we are building is rooted in the core concept of civic empathy: motivation, ability and skill for prosociability. We are looking to scale the impact of our mission to create a network of humanity with P.U.R.P.O.S.E. (Pursuit of Prosociability in Social Engagement) to make sustainable lifestyles more attributable and achievable especially for millennials.
