“The Living City: Cultivating Food, Community, and Nature in Singapore” is a 2-part session that aims to move beyond traditional food security discussions to explore a more holistic vision for Singapore; a “Living City” where food resilience, community wellbeing, and nature are deeply intertwined.

For the first part, there will be a panel discussion that presents the key pillars of this integrated urban ecosystem. This session will connect the dots between high-tech urban farming, grassroots community gardening, soil regeneration, and nature-based solutions. The conversation will examine how activating underutilized urban spaces can do more than just grow food—it can restore ecosystems, build social cohesion, and enhance the daily wellbeing of residents. We will spotlight the innovators and community leaders who are making this vision a reality, from building healthy soil in the city to fostering biodiversity on rooftops.

The second part will be an interactive / engaging game building on the above ideas.

The Living City will be moderated by Tripti Bhadauriya, Founder of Rejurvth.

This session is open to the general public, including non-Catalyst members. Registration and networking begins at 6 PM Singapore time (GMT+8).
