CENTRE FOR INTEGRATED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT- UGANDA (CICD-UGANDA)

Centre for Integrated Community Development-Uganda (CICD-Uganda) is non-profit grassroot community led organisation creating bridges to prosperity for socio-economic transformation established in June 2016. CICD-U work focus on vulnerable persons especially rural children, youth and women to improve their well-being and become change makers in their community. We implement a human-centered impact model that equips these community members with the skills they need to respond to the most critical challenges they face. The guiding principle of our model is that those we work with decide what they want to do, and choose the support and resources that they need to do it. Vision: Creating equal opportunities for all Mission: To promote sustainable holistic development for people and communities through participatory and collaborative planning, community action, skills development by connecting people, ideas and resources.
