Inclusive Action Lab

The Inclusive Action Lab (IAL) is an initiative focused on developing open, regulated, and interoperable financial and digital identity systems. The lab aims to simplify and democratise access to financial services, particularly in global payments and remittances. IAL is currently leading the development of the Proxy Addressing System Service (PASS), which seeks to create a universal, secure, and efficient way to address cross-border payments using proxies (such as mobile numbers, emails, or other digital identifiers). The goal is to enable seamless interoperability between different financial systems, reducing transaction costs, improving security, and fostering greater financial inclusion. IAL operates with a vision beyond instant payments, aspiring to build a trusted, interoperable identity network that transforms cross-border financial services, healthcare, and digital transactions globally. The lab collaborates with industry stakeholders, including central banks, fintech companies, and international financial institutions, to pilot and scale its solutions.
