As Programme Manager at Mausum Mahool Protection Foundation, I work at the intersection of climate justice, education, and community empowerment. My role involves designing and leading projects that raise awareness about environmental challenges while helping vulnerable communities, especially women, children, and marginalized groups, adapt to the realities of climate change. I actively engage with schools, colleges, and universities to connect with students and young leaders, conducting interactive sessions, climate talks, and awareness drives that spark curiosity, critical thinking, and collective action. My mission is to make climate education accessible, relatable, and actionable. I believe that young people are not just the leaders of tomorrow but also change-makers today. That is why I prioritize youth engagement in every initiative, encouraging students to see themselves as part of the solution. I work closely with educators and community stakeholders to introduce climate literacy programs, promote sustainable practices, and support local innovation. At the heart of my work is a vision for a more just, inclusive, and climate-resilient world, one where every voice matters and every community has the tools and knowledge to protect their environment. Whether I am coordinating a tree plantation drive in a rural village, training teachers on integrating climate topics into the classroom, or helping students lead local sustainability projects, my goal remains the same: to empower people with hope, purpose, and the means to act. I believe that meaningful change begins with empathy, awareness, and collaboration, and I am committed to building a movement that reflects those values.

I hope to contribute to the movement by bringing my experience in research and policy to support community-led climate action. I want to help translate complex ideas into accessible tools and strategies that empower people, especially young changemakers, to engage with climate solutions meaningfully. From the Catalyst Now community, I hope to learn from diverse voices, exchange ideas, and grow through collective action. I’m here to listen, collaborate, and contribute with empathy and purpose.
