Instructional design for academic programmes including designing and developing new qualifications, review and transform existing curricula and work in multi-, inter-and transdisciplinary learning spaces. Capacity building of academics and stakeholders on learning development, curriculum transformation, online learning and teaching, and use of A.I. and technologies in learning. Review and provide support to enhance teaching and learning, coordinating research in curriculum development and learning, coordinating wellbeing support to staff and participate in institutional academic committees. Lead different projects like engaged scholarship on integrating community-engaged and service learning into research, teaching and learning; chair of the Universities' CoP for employee health and wellness and supervising Master students. Member of the Tshwane AIDS Council. Before 2023, was a prorgam manager for social and behaviour studies in social pandemics for 22 years, lecturer in Sociology focussing on group dynamics, family and social problems. Continuous learning development, research and networking around social and behavioural studies.
