As a passionate advocate for social change, I am excited to express my interest in joining Catalyst 2030. With over a decade of experience in the development sector, I currently serve as a Program Officer at Mountaintop International, a proud member of the Catalyst 2030 network. In my role, I lead leadership development fellowships for global emerging social leaders, fostering system change and strengthening human infrastructure. Collaborating with social leaders from over 14 countries, I focus on creating meaningful impact and addressing systemic challenges. Mountaintop International’s commitment to nurturing human infrastructure aligns deeply with my values, and as an active participant in Catalyst 2030’s virtual webinars, I have been inspired by the wealth of knowledge shared and the connections forged within this vibrant community. These webinars have broadened my perspective and equipped me with innovative approaches to drive change. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working across diverse organizations and roles, each of which has enriched my understanding of driving social impact. In my previous roles, I have led initiatives like building vocational education programs for tribal communities, designing fellowships to empower healthcare graduates as community leaders, and conducting digital safety and security workshops for grassroots organizations and the LGBTQIA community. My time as Partnership Lead at TechSakhi stands out, where I cultivated relationships with organizations, developed capacity-building programs, and launched awareness campaigns on gender and technology. Earlier, as a Program Manager at Aradhana Skills, I mobilized students for vocational training, built partnerships with educational institutions, and ensured job placements for graduates. These experiences have shaped my ability to connect with communities, build strategic collaborations, and drive programs that create lasting change. What excites me most about Catalyst 2030 is its emphasis on collaboration and shared learning to tackle the world’s most pressing challenges. Being part of this movement resonates with my belief in the power of partnerships to drive sustainable change. I am eager to contribute my expertise, learn from fellow members, and actively participate in advancing the mission of Catalyst 2030. Joining this dynamic network would be a profound opportunity to amplify my impact, build on my passion for system change, and further my commitment to creating a just, equitable, and sustainable future.
