Chancen International empowers young people through equitable access to quality education and skills development. Our mission is to enable students to unlock their potential and pursue their ambitions, irrespective of their financial background. We achieve this through the innovative use of Income Share Agreements (ISAs), which allow students to access education today and repay the cost once they have secured stable employment. As an Intern in the department of the Members Affairs team, I play a vital role in supporting our mission by conducting research, ensuring data accuracy, and facilitating communication with our members. My work is driven by a passion for creating equitable education policies and enabling young people to succeed academically and professionally. I am committed to fostering sustainable development and contributing to impactful initiatives that address global education challenges. By aligning with Chancen International’s values, I aim to drive systemic change in education access and economic inclusion across the African continent and beyond.

I aim to contribute to Catalyst 2030 by sharing insights, experiences, and innovative practices that advance global education policies. I focus on addressing systemic barriers, expanding opportunities for underprivileged communities, and creating scalable solutions that align with the SDGs. Through this network, I hope to advocate for evidence-based policy changes, support knowledge exchange, and work with other members to implement innovative approaches to closing Education gaps globally.
