Start a Library Trust (SAL)

We are a registered charitable trust dedicated to establishing school libraries in public primary schools in Kenya to enhance literacy and life skills among children aged 4-14. Our core objectives are to enhance access to reading resources, promote literacy, foster a love for reading, capacity develop school communities and advocate for overarching policies and guidelines to promote literacy in underserved communities. We serve as a catalyst for positive change, striving to bridge educational gaps and contribute to the holistic development of children in public primary schools.
