The Project Suicide (TPS)

Becoming part of Catalyst Now felt like joining a global heartbeat of people who, no matter where they come from, share the same goal to make the world a little better than they found it. What inspired me most is how Catalyst recognizes social innovators not just in theory, but in practice giving a platform to people from every background, ethnicity, and continent who are taking real, on-ground action. It’s rare to see such diverse individuals united by purpose, and that’s exactly what drew me in the idea that even though our languages, cultures, and experiences differ, our intention to create impact connects us all.

My motivation to join Catalyst Now comes from my passion for innovation, leadership, and creating real social impact in healthcare. As a pharmacy student and Division Officer for the Ambassador Program, I’ve gained experience in coordination, communication, and team management. I hope to contribute by sharing ideas that connect clinical pharmacy with technology and community health awareness, while learning from diverse changemakers. Through this platform, I aim to develop stronger leadership.

Eager to network with fellow entrepreneurs and individuals passionate about sustainable goals. Committed to personal growth, I seek collaborative opportunities that align with my vision for positive change in the domain of mental health specifically.

For the sake of mental health advocacy. I am very passionate about mental health awareness, and I plan play an active part in psycho-educating as many individuals I can.

My motivation for joining Catalyst 2030 stems from a deep commitment to creating sustainable and impactful solutions for mental health and suicide prevention. Having witnessed and experienced the devastating effects of mental health challenges firsthand, I founded The Project Suicide to address stigma, promote help-seeking behavior, and provide accessible psychological services. Catalyst 2030’s mission of fostering collaboration and systemic change aligns perfectly with my vision of making mental health care a priority in underserved communities. By joining this global network of changemakers, I aim to contribute to innovative solutions, learn from diverse perspectives, and amplify my efforts to create a mentally healthier and more inclusive world.

Creating an impact worldwide and acknowledging this project and impact of mental health in Pakistan. Catalyst has been really an amazing platform and I want to represent as a senior manager TPS into the whole world.

Over the past 3 years, I have been leading a project focused on promoting mental health and suicide awareness in Pakistan and around the world. I discovered that this aligns with one of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which led to my participation in the "Under the Starry Sky" Program by the World Federation of United Nations Associations, UNA Norway, and SpareBank Norway. This experience further fueled my passion for addressing the UN SDGs, prompting me to pursue a master's degree in Interdisciplinary Approaches to Research and Education at the Learning Planet Institute, Universite Paris Cite, France. This program brings together students from diverse backgrounds to collaborate on projects that tackle the UN SDGs. My dedication to sustainability and improving the world is what motivates me to be part of Catalyst Now.
