I joined the movement to be part of the Cocreator and catalyst of change but also sensitize other to join for a joint advocacy, hoping also that the movement will help to connect me to ressourcefull people and funding to contribute to achievement of the common goal.

My journey in public administration, policy research, and social impact has been driven by a deep commitment to addressing systemic challenges and empowering communities. With hands-on experience in political consulting, CSR projects, and grassroots mobilization, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of collaboration and innovative solutions in creating sustainable change. My work with IPAC in Bihar for the Jan Suraaj Project, where I tackled the challenges faced by elected women representatives, has underscored the importance of inclusivity and empowerment in governance. Additionally, my involvement in designing capacity-building programs and digital literacy initiatives has strengthened my belief in the potential of education and technology to uplift marginalized groups. Catalyst 2030's mission to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals aligns perfectly with my passion for systemic change and collaborative impact. I am motivated to join this global movement to contribute my expertise in policy development, stakeholder engagement, and social innovation. Together, I believe we can create a more equitable and sustainable world, leaving no one behind.

My motivation to join Catalyst 2030 is driven by a commitment to systemic change in the footwear & artisanal community, connecting artisans to global markets. I hope to contribute by sharing insights on sustainable business models, innovative practices, and empowering marginalized communities. I'm Bridget Mafusire, a legal practitioner and data protection specialist based in Zimbabwe, working across Africa at the intersection of digital rights, governance, and social justice. I'm currently with the International Senior Lawyers Project, where I lead various initiatives, including on human rights, rule of la,w and technical assistance projects. My motivation for joining Catalyst Now 2030 is rooted in a deep belief that the systems shaping our digital and socio-economic futures must be inclusive, rights-respecting, and designed with the people they’re meant to serve. Being part of this network offers a rare opportunity to connect with changemakers across disciplines and geographies, exchange bold ideas, and co-create strategies that challenge extractive models and promote equity in tech, climate, and development. I’m particularly excited to learn from others tackling structural inequality through innovative approaches and to contribute my legal perspective to shared causes. I look forward to connecting, collaborating, and amplifying impact together.

As a field-first research and design practice rooted in ethnography, care, and inclusion, we hope to contribute tools, stories, and provocations that centre overlooked voices and challenge extractive models of impact. In return, we seek critical community, to exchange ideas, test bold hypotheses, and collaborate on narrative infrastructures that shift power.

With Smart-Fit Trybe, we turn lived experience into healing by empowering women to support one another. I hope to contribute insights on peer-led models, storytelling, and holistic wellness. From Catalyst Now, I seek collaboration, systems-change learning, and global connections to scale impact. Together, we can build inclusive spaces where everyone has the power to thrive.

I am motivated to join Catalyst 2030 to help drive systemic change in gender equality and community empowerment. I hope to share insights from my work in grassroots mobilization and empowering rural women leaders, contributing to co-created solutions that address critical global challenges. I am motivated to join CATALYSTS to strengthen collaboration, amplify advocacy, and accelerate access to technology-enabled health, education, and agriculture services in Uganda. As an individual advocate for social justice, I strive to engage in collective learning, share community-driven innovations, and co-create strategies that challenge negative social norms and expand access to services for individuals. Joining CATALYSTS offers me the opportunity to leverage a wider network for policy influence, resource mobilization, and technical skills application.

My background in working with various healthcare organizations and social change initiatives has equipped me with the skills and knowledge that are needed for contributing to sustainable development goals. Moreover, being the founder of the Utunyange Initiative in Rwanda aligns well with the goals and mission of this community through the promotion of gender equality. I want to engage with like-minded people and gain support and new partnerships. Engage in social networks and learn new skills.
