Female Financial Inclusion For Marginalized Communities
Female entrepreneurs have been closed out the access to finance space due to gender disparity,
inequalities, patriarchy, general lack of training and collateral as well as legislation gaps that do not
protect women. It focuses on woman from marginalized communities and those that have been
previously disadvantaged. The purpose of this paper is to develop a financial inclusion model that
benefits woman organizations’ access to funding to support and scale up their activities. The research is
motivated by the need to achieve financial inclusion that is not driven by gender characteristics but the
need to support all entrepreneurial organizations holistically.
