I am Nupur Nag, working as an M&E in YFC. In YFC Rurka Kalan, we leverage the power of sports to drive transformative change and foster community development. Our three-pronged approach - Sport for Development, Sport for Excellence, and Community Development - empowers individuals, promotes excellence, and enhances community well-being. Through sports, we instill essential life skills, nurture talent, and create a sense of belonging, aligning with our vision of lasting, sustainable social change. These approaches are not just about winning games but about building resilient communities and empowering individuals to thrive and flourish, in line with our mission of using sports as a catalyst for positive social impact.
