Blood:Water

Blood:Water is a non-profit based in Nashville, TN and Nairobi, Kenya. We partner with local African-led organizations in East and Southern Africa with a missional focus on WASH and HIV while pairing programmatic grants with Organizational Strengthening through an 8-year partnership. I serve as the Impact & Learning Manager, stewarding Blood:Water's Theory of Change for our Africa Partnership's department which includes overseeing department data management and applying learning to inform our decision making and practical application of our mission.
