The Foundation for Community Development and Empowerment

FCDE provides the training, networks, and resources for organizations to be self-sustaining and achieve their vision of systemic, community-level change. FCDE wants to see each grassroots organization reach their full potential and impact. Over the past decade, we have worked with more than 50 organizations in rural Western Uganda to attain their vision of growth. We form long term partnerships based on trust, driven by each organization’s self-identified operational and programmatic needs.
