One World Together

We are building a new system of finance for global development that gets more and better funding directly to community organisations on the front line of poverty and inequality. We provide long-term, predictable and flexible funding directly to our four partners in Kenya, the UK and Zambia powered by a growing movement of our members - our Global Citizens - who sign up to affordable monthly donations that we pool and then channel to our partners on a quarterly basis. We have thoughtfully designed a model that will be financially-sustainable at scale and that gets more funds directly to where it has the most impact - to communities. Our membership model also seeks a deeper form of engagement with the public about existing charity systems and why these don't work for communities, with our online community space linking them directly to our partners to learn about the power of their trust-based giving. We're passionate about nurturing a new generation of supporters of global development to get things right, growing a network of Students' Union societies and designing a Global Citizenship curriculum to support these long-term systemic outcomes.
