As the founder and CEO of Força Meninas, I am driven by a commitment to empower young girls in STEAM fields and bridge the gender gap in science and technology. Joining the Catalyst community aligns perfectly with my mission, as it presents an opportunity to collaborate with a global network of change-makers who are equally dedicated to accelerating the achievement of the SDG.I aim to contribute to a global movement actively constructs mechanisms to dismantle systemic barriers that girls faces.

As a member of Catalyst 2030, I hope to collaborate with like-minded orgs & individuals to transform industries. By exchanging knowledge & best practices, we aim to create a global network that drives change. Through my network, I can provide intros & funding support in addition to advisement on strategic planning, innovation development & sustainable growth. In return, I seek guidance, resources & partnerships. Together, we can build a better future prioritizing safety, inclusion & long-term development in a sustainable & equitable world.

Kennedys has a global presence, with employees spread throughout five regions: Latin America, Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Asia. Our aim is to make use of Catalyst 2030's incredible networks in order to engage employees in two regions: LATAM and ASIA. Our goal is to use our people's highest and best abilities to generate opportunities for change. No one individual, business, or country can bring about change on its own. We want to collaborate with our employees, clients, communities and other stakeholders across the globe to address the enormous issues of our time. Our biggest asset is the combined talent of our employees, and through our new 'Thrive Together' social impact programme, I hope to bring along my colleagues on this journey for change.

I'm enthusiastic to learn and collaborate with Catalyst 2030's movement. I recently graduated from Tulane University, and I have a deep foundation in Systems Thinking. As a young professional, I am currently seeking opportunities to support solution leaders and gain experience in the field of social innovation and social entrepreneurship. I'm eager to find a way to add value within the target landscape. Absurdity and complexity excite me.

My Motivation to Join Catalyst Now As a passionate social entrepreneur and climate action advocate, my motivation to join Catalyst Now is driven by a deep commitment to systemic change, collaboration, and community-driven solutions that create lasting impact. 1. Driving Systemic Change for Smallholder Farmers & Climate Action Through my work with Bunyala Agri Climate Action Impact Solutions, I have seen firsthand the challenges that smallholder farmers and fisher communities face—climate change, limited market access, high input costs, and a lack of sustainable solutions. By leveraging innovative approaches such as Black Soldier Fly (BSF) feed production, renewable energy solutions, and digital skills training, I aim to scale sustainable and climate-smart agricultural practices that empower these communities. 2. Collaboration as a Key to Transformative Impact I believe in the power of collective action. Catalyst Now presents an incredible opportunity to connect with like-minded changemakers, share knowledge, and co-create solutions that address global challenges. By joining this network, I hope to bring African grassroots innovations to a global stage while also learning from successful models worldwide. 3. Amplifying Local Voices & Unlocking Opportunities Many grassroots initiatives lack the visibility and support needed to scale. I want to learn about organization and how to manage it effectively

I hope to connect with like minds, contribute by writing meeting notes, managing our social media Community, and serving as a project manager. What I am looking for is mentors who will guide me towards making my NGO to be established and sustainable, and help me get grants and funding for my projects. And also to help me build a website for my NGO.
