CONTRIBUTION 1. I possess great academic research skills and can assist with academic research projects. 2. I am relentless and passionate about achieving the SGD Goals at the set time. This has made me eager to improve my knowledge and in turn, help bring about sustainable innovative solutions. 3. I have a network of youth led organizations that target multiple SGDs. GAINS 1. An increased network of like-minded individuals with a primary focus on SDGs to learn more from.

I am interested in collaborating with other leaders whose countries are doing well in representation of women , youth and minority groups in positions of leadership. To learn the strategies they used , how they worked for them and how i can implement them in my country. Since working with many people over the years i hope to share the network i have made to grow and contribute positively to the movement.

I am a starter and conceptualiser. I have made it a mission to create spaces in various fields that will give young people opportunities to also have meaningful participation. I bring along my perspective in denouncing the concept of 'creating a seat at the table' for women and youth but rather getting rid of dysfunctional tables and having inclusive spaces and conversations. I will also not miss an opportunity to create a network of collaborators from this community to advocate for change.

Onthatile William

UB Political Science Society

 Gaborone

The society seeks to have more engagement beyond the University perimeters and existing links with civil societies. With relatively high members of students pursuing Political Science, the society wishes to aid in assisting them on getting first hand field experience hence applying for the Catalyst 2030.
