Cameras For Girls

Cameras For Girls provides young women in Africa with photography, ethical storytelling, and business skills training, enabling them to break barriers in male-dominated media spaces. Through a year-long, four-phase program, we provide cameras, training, and mentorship, equipping participants with the tools to secure paid work in journalism, photography, and communications.

I joined Catalyst Now to grow alongside changemakers committed to equity and systemic transformation. Through my work with Cameras For Girls, I support young African women breaking barriers in media. I believe in centering underrepresented voices and building pathways to dignified work. Catalyst Now gives me the opportunity to deepen my leadership and amplify impact through collective learning, shared values, and purpose-driven action.
