Vanessa's commitment to ethical leadership and strategic objectives is demonstrated by her affiliations with the Learning and Performance Institute (UK) and the Corporate Governance Institute Dublin. Through 27 years of experience in education, leadership, and sustainable community development, I am expanding my knowledge in governance to support sustainable growth, participatory decision-making, and dynamic communities. Connecting with fellow change agents and generating meaningful impact excites me. This milestone highlights my commitment to ethical leadership, accountability, and significant contributions at the board level. Strengthening governance for sustainable change and responsible leadership in education and community development is my priority. My work empowers global leaders and organizations via consulting, education, speaking, and learning and development. In my roles as mentor, coach, board member, and global ambassador, I utilize my strategic and organizational development expertise to cultivate growth and maximize impact. With my extensive international leadership consulting experience and strategic thinking, I help individuals and institutions achieve sustainable growth and transformation. My dedication to leadership shines through my volunteer positions as Director of Student Engagement, Advisor (AWTE) to the Board of Trustees, and Global Ambassador for A Walk Through Education in the Ivory Coast. In addition to my other roles, I serve as the Education Ambassador for Côte d'Ivoire at the International Internship University. I am privileged to serve as the My Body is My Body Foundation ambassador in Côte d'Ivoire, and all these are voluntary. I'm a Fellow and Member of The Learning and Performance Institute UK's Membership Advisory Board. As a UK LPI Fellow, I collaborate with international experts, grow our membership, and foster knowledge exchange. I take pride in sharing that my affiliation with the Corporate Governance Institute reflects my commitment to ethical leadership and the accomplishment of strategic aims. A career in education, increasingly focused on leadership and sustainable community development, has inspired me to explore governance strategies that strengthen sustainable development, participatory decision-making, and vibrant communities. Through the HP Mentor a Teacher program, I mentor diverse teachers and conduct development seminars organized by 1 Million Teachers and HP. I'm a Black Belt and Mentor. I also mentor undergraduates through the Global Mentorship Initiative USA.
