The African Rays Institute. Mission: To be an iconic Leadership and Skilling Center in Uganda and Africa. Vision: To build a young generation that is community cognizant and self-sustaining. Goals and Objectives. - To empower the young generation with vocational hands-on skills that will enable individual growth and self-sustainability. - To provide leadership, managerial and creativity skills among youths in a bid for community growth and development. - To build a sense of belonging by enhancing the values of patriotism and accountability.
