Opeyemi Aboyade holds an MSc from the University Putra Malaysia and has amassed 16 years of professional experience spanning staff development, talent retention, customer service, client relations, quality assurance, logistics, product training, and performance management across multinational companies in the telecoms, agro-allied, and renewable energy sectors. In 2020, she joined the renewable energy industry and currently serves as a director at Protergia Nigeria Limited and the founder of Arck Eco Nigeria Limited. Arck Eco focuses on clean and renewable energy projects, with expertise in photovoltaic solar connections and hybrid mini-grid solutions for improved energy access. Opeyemi's commitment to gender and community development inspired her to establish initiatives that empower women, particularly through clean cooking solutions, improving living standards and generating sustainable income in underserved communities. Opeyemi’s work includes spearheading rural electrification campaigns, such as the USADF Rural Electrification project in Ondo State, providing clean power solutions and facilitating over 100 mini-grid connections, with plans to expand further.
