Red de Impacto LATAM
Red de Impacto LATAM is a regional network that amplifies the impact of organizations supporting purpose-driven entrepreneurship across Latin America and the Caribbean. With over 300 member organizations spanning 25 countries, the network includes a diverse range of support entities, such as accelerators, incubators, impact investors, coworking spaces, ecosystem builders, universities, and professional services. All these organizations share the common goal of driving social and environmental impact through innovative solutions that contribute to the achievement of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The mission of Red de Impacto LATAM is centered on accelerating socioeconomic and environmental regeneration by facilitating collaboration, coordination, and knowledge sharing among these organizations. By strengthening the capabilities of its members, the network aims to create a more supportive and sustainable ecosystem for impact-driven entrepreneurship in the region. Through this collective effort, Red de Impacto LATAM aspires to foster systemic change that enables entrepreneurs to scale solutions addressing pressing challenges in areas like inequality, climate change, education, and health.
The network’s goals are organized around three strategic pillars that guide its work:
? Mapping, Characterization, and Influence
Red de Impacto LATAM seeks to map and characterize over 250 new organizations supporting impact entrepreneurship across Latin America. By expanding the ImpactScape platform, the network will create a comprehensive database that helps connect organizations, share knowledge, and facilitate collaborations. Additionally, the network plans to host three multistakeholder dialogues to influence policy and co-design interventions, engaging public and private sector actors to foster a more favorable environment for impact entrepreneurship.
? Capacity Building and Resources
The network will focus on training 50 organizations in applying non-financial support tools, addressing the unique needs of impact-driven entrepreneurs. Red de Impacto LATAM will also implement six capacity-building cycles and launch a new learning community for ESOs, fostering continuous improvement in areas such as impact measurement, sustainable business models, and financial strategies.
? Communication, Collaboration, and Networking
Networking is central to Red de Impacto LATAM’s approach, with 15 Connect+ events organized to promote dialogue and collaboration. The network will also provide 30 Destino Impacto scholarships to support underrepresented ESOs and recognize six collaborative initiatives through the Impact Awards+ program. These efforts aim to strengthen partnerships and improve the overall ecosystem for impact-driven entrepreneurship.
Through these efforts, Red de Impacto LATAM seeks to create a robust, connected, and sustainable ecosystem for social entrepreneurship. By supporting and empowering ESOs, the network is helping to foster a more inclusive and resilient future for Latin America and the Caribbean, where social entrepreneurs can thrive and drive systemic change.
