I’m a systems thinker and strategist working at the intersection of design, policy, and justice. With over a decade of experience across gender equity, digital rights, care economies, and participatory governance, my work is rooted in the belief that change begins with how we listen and who we centre. I founded Mudito as a quiet but deliberate intervention into the way systems change is imagined and enacted. At Mudito, we bring together research, lived experience, and strategic design to support organisations, networks, and public institutions in reimagining the future—with care, rigour, and equity at the heart. From feminist safety infrastructures and digital inclusion to tools for reflective leadership, we build public goods and learning systems that help changemakers think more deeply and act more meaningfully. Our mission is to reduce exclusion in how policies are shaped, how movements are built, and how futures are designed. Our vision is a world where structural change is not a siloed goal but a shared practice—driven by curiosity, humility, and long-term thinking. We work globally, but our roots are in the Global South, where we draw strength from lived knowledges, everyday resilience, and intergenerational wisdom.
