I am the founder and CEO of Vitalcy, an AI-powered engagement platform that helps membership-based nonprofits reconnect with former members, donors, and staff. Our mission is to strengthen the communities these organizations serve by reviving relationships that have gone dormant and turning them into lasting sources of support, both financially and socially. Vitalcy addresses a persistent challenge in the nonprofit sector: limited bandwidth and resources often mean that small and medium-sized donors, past volunteers, and alumni are left without meaningful engagement. Our platform automates outreach, curates personalized and nostalgic content, and empowers organizations to reconnect with these individuals without adding extra work for their teams. My vision is to create a future where every person who has contributed to a cause feels valued, remembered, and invited to continue making an impact. By blending technology, data-driven insights, and the emotional power of storytelling, Vitalcy enables nonprofits to transform past supporters into renewed champions of their mission. Before founding Vitalcy, I built a career in pediatric physical therapy, working with children, families, and educational institutions to help young people reach their fullest potential. This experience instilled in me a deep belief in the power of connection and the long-term impact of relationships — a belief that now drives our work at Vitalcy. Through Catalyst, I hope to collaborate with other change-makers, share lessons from building a social-impact venture, and learn from leaders who are committed to making a measurable difference in the world.
