PM Agora Reflections: Project Managers Driving Systemic Change Towards the SDGs
This session will present a reflection on the PM Agora initiative (2024–2025), which directly contributes to the achievement of SDGs 3 (Good Health & Wellbeing), 4 (Quality Education), 5 (Gender Equality), and 17 (Partnerships for the Goals). PM Agora positions project managers as catalysts for systemic change, engaging them in the transformation of national funding frameworks to better align with the 2030 Agenda. The initiative also highlights the interconnection between wellbeing (work and context), innovation and sustainability (mission-driven impact), and education (capacity building), fostering awareness and updating knowledge across these dimensions. By integrating professional development, knowledge sharing, and inclusive practices, PM Agora offers a holistic approach to advancing the SDGs, demonstrating how project managers can play a pivotal role in building resilient, sustainable, and equitable systems. This reflection will resonate with the CCW audience by providing both practical insights and inspiration for collaborative action.
