My name is Keicy Cabrera, and I’m an economist, consultant, and educator working at the intersection of strategy, social impact, and human-centered design. I support social organizations, professionals, and initiatives that are creating positive change—helping them strengthen their structure, measure their impact, and sustain their mission with clarity and care. With over 6 years of experience in the private, humanitarian and development sector, I’ve worked in Latin America, East Africa, and Eastern Europe, partnering with grassroots organizations and international agencies alike. My approach blends the strategic with the deeply human: I don’t just offer tools—I co-create processes that adapt to people’s realities, especially in contexts of limited resources and high demand. My mission is to accompany people and organizations that work for others, helping them bring structure to their purpose and sustainability to their impact. I believe in growth with intention, in results that matter, and in well-being as a non-negotiable part of the process. Through my methodologies—like KORA (strategy with soul), FormaAcción (practical, participatory learning), and Brújula (strategic mentoring for professionals)—I design solutions that are as rigorous as they are compassionate. My work includes strategy design, impact measurement systems (M&E), fundraising support, internal culture transformation, and training in tools such as Theory of Change, Results-Based Management, and agile methodologies for the social sector. My vision is a social ecosystem where organizations and the people behind them are not only effective, but also empowered, supported, and seen. Because when those who take care of others are cared for themselves, impact becomes sustainable—and transformation, possible.
