Compliance Conundrum Collaboration

Two years ago, during Catalyzing Change Week, a group of organizations came together to ask a simple but critical question: How can compliance and due diligence work for impact, not against it?

From that, the Compliance Conundrum Collaboration was born. Over the past year, CCC partners have been building shared understanding, generating data, and developing tools to reduce duplication, strengthen trust, and make compliance a driver of resilience rather than a barrier to change.

This session will present the first phase of findings and a draft sector map of actors working on compliance, reporting, and risk in the social sector. Participants will be invited to contribute to the mapping, share their own challenges, and explore opportunities for alignment and collaboration.
