Motivation to be part of Catalyst now: Mr. Sudhir Sabat, the Founder of ISRD, has demonstrated leadership and compassion since his childhood. He began teaching underprivileged children after school, believing that education is the most powerful tool to change lives and break the cycle of poverty. With his own limited resources, he established a school for poor children, which was later integrated into the Government education system. The land for the school still belongs to him, and he continues to serve as an Advisory Board Member of that high school. His lifelong commitment to spreading education and empowering the underprivileged remains the guiding inspiration for ISRD. Through Catalyst, he aims to expand this impact, adopting new approaches to drive sustainable social transformation.
