Ambixous
I am Riti Gupta, a young professional working at the intersection of community engagement, education access, and youth leadership. My work focuses on creating systems that help young people, especially students and early-career professionals, stay engaged, build confidence, and translate learning into action.
Over the past few years, I have worked closely with student groups, volunteers, and early-stage community initiatives, where I observed a recurring challenge: many young people have potential and motivation, but lack sustained support structures. Opportunities often exist, but they are fragmented, short-term, or difficult to navigate without guidance. My work aims to address this gap by building consistent, people-centered ecosystems rather than one-time programs.
I am also the Co-Founder of Ambixous, a community-driven initiative that brings together young professionals, founders, and students through workshops, discussions, and peer-learning spaces. Our work focuses on access, inclusion, and practical learning, with a strong emphasis on supporting women and first-generation learners. Through Ambixous, I contribute to program design, volunteer coordination, partnerships, and on-ground execution of learning and engagement initiatives.
At the core of my work is the belief that social impact must be locally rooted, collaborative, and sustainable. I focus on simple but effective systems, regular engagement, feedback loops, shared ownership, and reflection, that help communities grow without becoming dependent on individuals or external resources.
My mission is to create inclusive platforms that enable young people to participate meaningfully in learning and leadership, regardless of their background. My long-term vision is to work closely with grassroots organizations and communities to strengthen local capacity, support youth development, and contribute to solutions that are shaped by lived realities rather than assumptions.
