Ntsako Travel Africa is a purpose-driven travel and destination management company founded in 2018 with the goal of creating safe, welcoming, and unforgettable travel experiences for diverse and inclusive travellers, particularly the LGBT+ community, while also providing expert corporate and group travel services across Africa and beyond. We specialize in tailored travel solutions, including holiday packages, business travel, meetings and conferencing, incentives, and culturally rich itineraries that celebrate identity, community, and authentic African experiences, all delivered with a personal touch and a strong commitment to safety, excellence, and inclusivity. I am Lipian B. Mtandabari, the founder and Managing Director of Ntsako Travel Africa — a passionate travel entrepreneur and advocate for equality through tourism. Since starting Ntsako in my teens, I have dedicated myself to expanding opportunities in LGBTQ+ travel and diversity tourism across Southern Africa and globally. I have been recognized internationally for this work, including receiving prestigious scholarships and fellowships from the International LGBTQ+ Travel Association to further my expertise in inclusive tourism, and I lead our business with unwavering commitment to excellence, strategic growth, and purposeful impact in the travel and tourism sector.
