I serve as a Communication and Business Development Consultant, while also acting as a Strategic Advisor for an association called EMC. I served as the association's Program Coordinator from 2021 to 2024. In this role, I spearheaded our flagship entrepreneurial mentoring program, which focuses on capacity building, promoting business ethics and decent work, and facilitating high-impact knowledge transfer by connecting emerging leaders with seasoned entrepreneurs. Today, in my capacity as Strategic Advisor, I provide high-level support to the new Executive Board. My focus is on strategic planning, resource management, and institutional communication. I also play a key role in identifying and engaging potential strategic partners to scale our impact. EMC’s mission remains to reshape the entrepreneurial ecosystem by fostering a new generation of leaders committed to human-centric economic growth. We achieve this by focusing deeply on the individual—refining the entrepreneur's mindset and investing in human capital.
