With over six years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), administration, research, and data management, I am eager to contribute my skills while gaining hands-on experience within an environment dedicated to community growth and sustainable development. Throughout my professional journey, I have developed strong competencies in programme monitoring, data collection and analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. I have coordinated surveys, managed data verification processes, and contributed to community-based initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and youth empowerment. These experiences have strengthened my ability to work collaboratively, think analytically, and uphold a high standard of accuracy and accountability. I am currently pursuing a certification in Full-Stack Development, which enhances my ability to use technology for data systems improvement and information management. In addition, I am provisionally admitted for a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Statistics and Report Writing, further advancing my analytical and reporting capabilities. I am particularly drawn to Economic Development and Community Services because of its vital role in promoting socio-economic growth, youth development, and inclusive progress.
