EV Recharge

In order to close the structural gap between India's slow rollout of charging infrastructure and the country's rapid EV adoption, EV Recharge is developing a mobile, grid-independent fast charging platform for electric fleets. EV Recharge uses mobile, ultra-fast charging units placed at fleet yards, warehouses, and routes to deliver fast charging directly to vehicles in place of stationary charging stations. In addition to enabling on-site charging using 100% green energy, this eliminates grid dependency, land requirements, and infrastructure delays. EV Recharge helps fleets increase daily vehicle utilization, reduce idle time by up to 50%, and scale electrification with zero capital expenditure and predictable operating costs by doing away with charging detours. The platform is growing to accommodate heavy-duty electric mobility and is already operational with recurring revenue.

Through Catalyst Now, I hope to contribute practical insights from deploying climate infrastructure on the ground in emerging markets like India. I would like to contribute by sharing learnings from our pilot deployments, participating in cross-sector working groups, and collaborating on initiatives that bridge entrepreneurship, policy, and climate impact. From the community, I hope to gain access to a diverse network of systems leaders, partners, and institutions working on climate transition.
