I work as a Program Officer for the Virtual Leadership Institute and as an ICF-certified Leadership + Conflict Coach with the aim to promote human development in order to tackle the world's most pressing problems. The Atlas Corps Virtual Leadership Institute, housed at Cultural Vistas, aims to build leadership skills in aspiring leaders within the Global South in order for them to enact change in their own community. The Atlas Corps community houses a network of alumni leaders who endeavor to learn and grow with each other to lead social change in their respective countries.

I want to join the Catalyst Now community to swap ideas and meet others working on SDG initiatives. I want to glean and share information on building a sustainable social enterprise model for my coaching business, and be sure that the Virtual Leadership Institute has ethical best practices in place for our nonformal education model as well. We hope to expand our impact at the Virtual Leadership Institute and hopefully share practices we have with the community as well.
