Am a degree holder in Management from Mount Kenya University – Supplies and Procurement option, Currently an Elder in PCEA church, and a Chairman of a congregation of over 100 Members? Key responsibilities include spiritual guidance, administration, and community service, strategic decision-making, overseeing church activities, resources and providing pastoral care. The expectations from Session office and members (Parish minister and Fellow Elders) according to the mission and vision of the church among other activities • Leads worship services and communion • Provides spiritual guidance and pastoral care • Oversees church activities and committees • Supports the minister and session decisions • Manages finances and resources (Time,Money,People) effectively • Accountability in handling church matters Members expectations: • Spiritual leadership and support • Availability for counseling and visits • Transparency in decision-making With the position I bring in solid organizational skills , strategic thinking , and leadership abilities to the role, thus effective in managing resources, guiding committees, and problem-solving .
