Africa youths for change and productivity. (AYCP).

Our four programme pillars form a connected pipeline. A young person can enter at any stage, moving from foundational learning through economic independence and environmental responsibility, arriving as an active participant in community governance. Education Gaps: Access to quality education remains constrained for many young people, particularly girls and those from rural households. Completing secondary school does not guarantee a pathway to economic participation. Livelihood Barriers: Youth unemployment and underemployment are chronic. Most young people inherit smallholder farming without the skills, tools, or market access to make it viable as a livelihood. Climate Vulnerability: Shifting rainfall patterns, prolonged dry spells, and soil degradation are eroding food security. Young farmers are inheriting a land scape that demands new knowledge and adaptive practice. Civic Exclusion: Young people are rarely present in the spaces where decisions about their futures are made. Governance structures at community and county level remain largely inaccessible to youth voices.

I want to expand the network of AYCP Receive training (capacity building) on how best we can deliver to the community we serve. We also hope that some day Catalyst Now will connect us donors. We also look forward for collaboration with other Organizations from other regions.
