How do I activate my Member Portal account?

- Reset your password: use the email address on which you are receiving this communication to reset your password here
- Check your email: you will receive an email (like the one below) with a link. Click on that link and create a new password. Please, save the credentials so that you can log in any time.
- Log in the portal: use your email address and the password you have just created to log in here
The system is not able to find my email and I get a message saying “The username or email address specified can not be found”?
You might have used a different email address to apply to Catalyst Now. Please reach out to [email protected], and the team will be happy to support you.
How do I edit my information and that of my organisation?
You are able to add and update the information about yourself and your work via your profile. Editing your information will make it easier for other members to find and connect with you, as well as showcase your great work.
