My name is Emmanuel AHISHAKIYE, I am a current committed member of Planeteer Alliance since 2024, a youth leader, environmental advocate, and community organizer passionate about driving sustainable change through action, education, and leadership. I apply as an individual, drawing on hands-on experience gained from serving as a board member and committee contributor with Planet Vanguard, where I actively participated in environmental campaigns, community clean-ups, youth engagement initiatives, and sustainability advocacy. My work focuses on empowering young people to become responsible changemakers by connecting environmental protection with everyday community practices. Through organizing events, coordinating volunteers, and contributing to strategic decision-making, I have developed strong skills in leadership, collaboration, and community mobilization. I strongly believe that meaningful impact starts at the grassroots level, where awareness, discipline, and collective action meet. My mission is to inspire and equip young people and communities to take practical, responsible action toward environmental sustainability, climate awareness, and social responsibility. I aim to transform environmental challenges into opportunities for learning, innovation, and community empowerment. My vision is a future where young leaders actively protect the environment, communities adopt sustainable lifestyles, and local actions contribute to global environmental solutions.
