Nthali envisions a society where marginalized communities in Malawi are highly resilient to climate change due to empowered women and youth in regenerative agriculture. Its mission is to promote regenerative agriculture practices among women and youth as an effective tool to ensure resilience to climate change shocks thereby increasing agricultural productivity consequently eradicating hunger and poverty. There are three objectives that are guiding the organization to achieve its mission. These are: i. To promote sustainable agriculture by reducing reliance on chemical input ii. To provide access to drought tolerant seeds and eco-friendly water supply systems. iii. To empower women and youth with climate resilient and adaptive farming technologies. Each year, we support small-scale farmers, particularly youth and women, by building regenerative food systems in marginalized communities of Malawi. We are supporting farmers to boost their yields and increase their income even in the face of climate-change challenges such as droughts, floods and hailstorms. Through sustainable practices and climate smart solutions, we are ensuring that every bite of food is eco-friendly, resilient and aligned with a healthier planet.

I am inspired to join Catalyst Now to collaborate with changemakers committed to sustainability and inclusivity. My work in building a regenerative food system through women and youth farmers empowerment has shown me the value of shared knowledge and collective action. Through this community, I hope to contribute expertise in land restoration, amplify projects like The Soil Rangers, and learn from diverse perspectives to strengthen global resilience and drive meaningful change together.
