Mitra Ardron (Independent)

My core work is mentoring and supporting innovators working with developing technology that help solve SDGs, primarily in SE Asia. I lean on prior experience developing, and scaling social enterprises across a variety of sectors such as renewable energy, clean water, green materials, circularity and agtech. In addition I lead an open-source project that develops affordable IoT for resource-constrained environments, e.g. for agroecological transformation. I am an advisor to several large scale SDG based projects such as EarthOn and Consortium for Agroecological transformation.

My work is primarily supporting people working on SDGs - I'm interested in expanding those collaborations, whether it be finding new mentees, advising organizations, or supporting the use of affordable IoT. (Note the questionnaire does a fairly poor job of representing what I do - many questions I wanted to answer "Other" or "All of the above" which I think is typical for those of us in a supporting role as a mentor., or ESO. (which wasn't even one of your categories).
