By Her Side is an early-stage podcast and community initiative focused on women's physical and mental wellbeing. Co-founded with a fellow podcast host, our mission is to create an open, honest space for conversations around women's health, self-care, and emotional wellbeing — topics that are often under-discussed or stigmatized. We are currently in the early stages of growth, having launched our podcast to build an initial community of listeners. Our vision is to grow into a supportive ecosystem where women can access trustworthy health information, share lived experiences, and find genuine community support — eventually expanding into original content, community programming, and partnerships with health practitioners and like-minded organizations.
