As the co-founder and COO of Meat the Next, I am a food-tech entrepreneur driven by a singular, urgent conviction: that achieving a "diet change for climate change" is one of our most powerful tools to secure a sustainable future. With over 15 years of deep experience in the food industry, I have dedicated my career to bridging the gap between scalable commercial innovation and profound, systemic ecological and social impact. My work centers on pioneering platform biotechnology that transforms climate-resilient superfoods—specifically desert-grown tiger nuts—into high-performance, clean-label functional nutrition. This vision comes to life through our flagship innovation, TIGA MILK, a complete-protein, zero-added-sugar barista milk designed to deliver superior nutrition and 94% better nutrient absorption via patented enzymatic technology. Beyond commercializing sustainable alternatives to dairy, our work tackles public health challenges head-on, providing easily digestible nutrition that supports healthy aging, metabolic health, and vulnerable populations. My mission is anchored in a triple-bottom-line framework that proves profitability and planetary stewardship can go hand in hand. Environmentally, our operations actively reverse desertification, having successfully reclaimed 15,000 acres of arid land into fertile, oxygen-rich farmland while slashing carbon footprints by up to 87%. Socially, we champion rural revitalization by integrating smallholder farmers into our climate-resilient supply chain, providing technical training, generating stable green jobs, boosting household incomes, and mentoring the next generation through youth STEM programs. By scaling our asset-light IP licensing and global bottling model, my vision is to position Meat the Next as a global leader in functional food technology—proving that what is good for the earth and its communities can also redefine the future of global nutrition.

How and What I Hope to Contribute to the Movement I hope to contribute a proven, scalable blueprint for "diet change for climate change"—proving that food technology can actively heal the planet rather than just minimizing harm. Specifically, I bring to the movement: A Scalable ESG Supply Chain Model: Our success in reclaiming 15,000 acres of arid desert and transforming it into fertile farmland through tiger nut cultivation demonstrates how sustainable sourcing can directly drive rural revita
