Being part of Catalyst at this moment is more than just an opportunity—it’s a responsibility and a commitment to drive meaningful change. As a social entrepreneur, I believe that now is the time to take bold steps, challenge conventional thinking, and create sustainable solutions that truly impact communities. Purpose-Driven Leadership Catalyst is not just about business; it’s about innovation with impact. In today’s rapidly evolving world, we need leaders who can bridge social good with economic sustainability. Being in Catalyst now means being part of a movement that shapes the future of social entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan and beyond. Collaboration & Growth Surrounding yourself with like-minded changemakers is powerful. It fuels new ideas, strengthens networks, and accelerates personal and professional growth. Every conversation, every challenge, and every milestone in Catalyst pushes us forward to think bigger and act bolder. Momentum & Timing There is no better time than now. The ecosystem is growing, support for social enterprises is expanding, and the impact we create today will define the opportunities for the next generation. Through Catalyst, I am committed to scaling solutions, empowering others, and leaving a lasting legacy. This journey is more than personal—it’s a collective mission. Together, we are not just participants, we are change agents, building a future where business is a force for good.

Our organization has been working for more than 25 years. We work with local communities, including rural ones. It is difficult to raise serious problems on the ground. Pressure begins on the part of authorities, and even threats (for example, lose a job). But thanks to participation in national and international professional networks, we manage not only to solve local problems, but also to compare similar situations in different regions.
