I am motivated to join the Catalyst Now Network because my work through the SMILE4ACE Project aligns deeply with the Network’s commitment to systems change, collective action, and equitable futures. As founder and co-lead of an initiative focused on advancing Action for Climate Empowerment (ACE) through systems thinking, behavioural design, and just transition principles, I hope to contribute practical tools, frameworks, and perspectives that help bridge climate literacy, community participation, and climate-responsive livelihood opportunities—especially across the Global South. I bring experience working at the intersections of climate education, youth empowerment, and policy innovation, and I look forward to sharing insights from co-developing ACE-aligned strategies, mission maps, and multi-capital impact assessment models. I hope these contributions can support fellow members designing or scaling people-centered climate solutions.
Equally, I am eager to learn from the community. Catalyst Now brings together diverse changemakers working across disciplines, geographies, and social impact domains, and I am excited about the opportunity to engage in peer learning, exchange evidence-based practices, and explore collaboration pathways that strengthen systems-change work. I hope to gain exposure to new methodologies, global perspectives, and innovative models for impact measurement, community engagement, and cross-sector partnership-building. Through my work with RC-HOPE for Education, I support children and youth who lack access to formal schooling. In my work as Director of the Global Regenerative Immersion Program at Earth Rights Institute, I design and lead international programs that connect participants with community-driven solutions in environmental sustainability, human rights, and regenerative development.
Across Latin America and Southeast Asia, I build equitable partnerships, develop immersive curricula, and support initiatives that strengthen local capacity and address systemic challenges. This work has shown me how deeply interconnected social and ecological issues are—and how collaborative, systems-based approaches are essential for lasting impact.

For instance, Indigenous people in Canada find it difficult to access training in communities that is culturally sensitive and addresses local socioeconomic needs (housing, food security, health, finance, etc). 1. Driving Systemic Change for Smallholder Farmers & Climate Action
Through my work with Bunyala Agri Climate Action Impact Solutions, I have seen firsthand the challenges that smallholder farmers and fisher communities face—climate change, limited market access, high input costs, and a lack of sustainable solutions. By leveraging innovative approaches such as Black Soldier Fly (BSF) feed production, renewable energy solutions, and digital skills training, I aim to scale sustainable and climate-smart agricultural practices that empower these communities.
2. Collaboration as a Key to Transformative Impact
I believe in the power of collective action. Catalyst Now presents an incredible opportunity to connect with like-minded changemakers, share knowledge, and co-create solutions that address global challenges.
