Collaboration and Systems Change: What are we getting #$&@*! wrong?

English

Everywhere we talk about collaboration, power-shifting, and transformation but something still isn’t clicking. We have frameworks, partnerships, and strategies, yet the system itself keeps reproducing old patterns. So what the heck are we missing?
This session brings together organizations working on the infrastructure of change to dissect the paradoxes at the heart of systems change.
We’ll look at what’s not working: the tension between patience and urgency, thinking and doing, and trust and measurement. Through live reflection, we’ll ask what it takes to build the backbone, the enabling conditions, leadership, and institutional shifts that can bridgebuild toward an emerging, more connected system.
