Change Hub: From Insight to Action – Turning Ideas into Real Change

02-06-2026 14:00:00

English

In our work, we are constantly exposed to inspiring ideas, advice, and best practices – through webinars, podcasts, articles and conversations.

But how often do we actually turn these insights into real action? Too often, great advice gets forgotten or left in a drawer.

This Change Hub session is designed to change that. Rather than offering more inspiration, this session creates a space for something far more powerful: taking action on what truly matters to you and your organisation.
This is a “reverse webinar” – where instead of leaving with more ideas, you leave with clear, practical steps you are ready to implement.

During the session, you will:
– Learn from real examples of change in action
– Identify one goal for your organisation that you’ve been postponing
– Turn it into 2–3 clear, achievable steps (3-4 weeks horizon)
– Work with peers to gain insight and momentum
– Leave with a realistic plan and accountability to act

Who is this session for?
– This session is for you if:
– You have an idea or change within your organisation you have been postponing
– You feel stuck between inspiration and execution
– You want practical support, not just theory
– You are ready to take real, tangible steps forward
