Community of Practice on shifting the funding paradigm: from talk to walk!

Many organizations, networks and associations are working on shifting the funding paradigm. A lot of ideas, initiatives, principles and documents are created around it. It would be great to shift this into action. How can funders, fundraisers, CSOs, social entrepreneurs work together creating a big movement around shifting the paradigm as well as initiating first implementation action.
